This charming 3 star hotel is run by three brother's and their mamma (unfortunately none of them are called Mario). The charm of this modest yet welcoming hotel is the internal décor - with its wrought iron beds and characteristic furniture, the tranquility of this family haven is apparent the moment you enter.

Located on Via Faenza, all the greatest treasures of Florence are within easy walking distance and this is also one of the few streets in the historical centre where you can drive your car, though you can't park), should you be stopping in historical Firenze as part of a driving tour of Tuscany.

Occupying a 17th century building, Mario's has been a hotel since 1872 and has been family run for generations with the intention of providing a guest house ambiance in a modern, 3 star hotel environment.
